This world famous dive site is voted one of the top 10 dives here in Australia and one of the top shore dives in the world and is only 14kms from Exmouth.
The pier is 300m long and is still active. Occasionally Navy ships required for servicing the Naval base stop here and so it is therefore not accessible to the general public and must be dived through a licensed company.
Due to the limited access marine life has thrived and divers can enjoy diving in up to 15m surrounded by schools of fusiliers, snapper and large groupers. See reef sharks cruise by or wobbegongs camouflaged along the seabed. Make sure you check little holes for eels, octopus and shrimp and dust off that macro lens for the colourful nudibranchs.
Dives are dependent on tide movements so single or double dives are possible at different times.
Single dive $140 per person, Double Dive $200 person. There is also a $50 Government fee payable on the day.
Join any of our 3, 5 or 9 night tours and add a couple of extra days on land to explore this stunning dive site for yourself. Contact us for more information or bookings
